An executioner is free to move around at will in Dayton, Ohio: Police say Brittany Russell, 29, was shot in the head while in her auto outside a condo complex, with her 6-month-old little girl in the secondary lounge. An officer tells the Dayton Daily News that the kid was uninjured, yet "her redeeming quality" was that the auto was running with the warmer on. It isn't clear to what extent Russell's body sat drooped over the directing wheel before it was found by the property director around 9:30am Wednesday, reports WLWT and the Cincinnati Enquirer. Russell lived around 30 miles away in Middletown, and police are attempting to backtrack her last steps.
