USA JUSTICE- Why Chicago police videos are only half the story..........

Six months after the city discharged a video demonstrating a cop killing a dark young person, Chicago discharged video and case records from 101 open examinations concerning police killings and misuse Friday. The move denote the execution of another police video arrangement in Chicago, reported by Mayor Rahm Emanuel in February, in which most recordings will be discharged inside 60 days of occurrences. At the point when white cop Jason VanDyke shot dark youngster Laquan McDonald 16 times, the city sat on the video for 13 months before discharging it. The new approach, Mayor Emanuel said, is an ocean change in the way the city regulates the police office.
